Damage Waiver & Liability Acknowledgement

The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to hired equipment during the hire period, regardless of cause, other than fair wear and tear.

The customer must ensure that the installation area is free from hazards including, but not limited to, robotic lawn mowers, pets, sharp objects, vehicles, machinery, or underground services.

Robotic lawn mowers must be switched off and disabled for the full duration of the hire.

Ballinasloe Bouncy castles accepts no responsibility for damage caused by robotic lawn mowers that are left active or become active during the hire period.

Where any inflatable, marquee, blower, cable, flooring, or accessory is damaged by a robotic lawn mower, the customer agrees to pay the full replacement cost of a brand-new unit, including all associated equipment where applicable.

Repairs will not be accepted as an alternative where the structural integrity or safety of the equipment may be compromised.

The customer acknowledges that damage caused by robotic lawn mowers is not considered accidental wear and tear and is fully chargeable.

By proceeding with the hire, the customer confirms that all robotic lawn mowers on the property have been identified and disabled prior to installation.
