How long is the hire?
All packages include full weekend hire, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your event without rushing.
What happens if it rains?
Our packages are designed for Irish weather. Marquees provide full cover, and we will always work with you if weather conditions require any adjustments. We monitor forecasts and will be in touch if anything needs to be discussed.
Do I need electricity?
Yes. We require either an outdoor power socket or access to a power supply in a garage or inside the house.
We supply all required extension leads, and only our extension leads should be used for the duration of the hire.
Where can the equipment be set up?
For safety and security reasons, equipment can only be set up on a suitable private lawn.
We do not set up on concrete, tarmac, paving, or other hard surfaces.
The area must be a real, mature lawn — not newly sown, muddy, rough ground, fields, or areas containing stones or debris that could damage the unit or cause injury.
Can you set up on a housing estate green or public area? No. We do not set up in public areas, including housing estate greens or communal spaces. As our equipment is left overnight, this presents a security risk, and local authorities may also remove equipment placed on public land.
Can I hire for just a few hours, and would this be cheaper?
No. Our pricing is based on delivery, setup, collection, staffing, and transport, not just the length of use.
Shorter hires are charged at the same rate as standard hires.
Short-duration hires are most often requested on Saturdays or Sundays, which are normally staff days off. Bringing staff in on these days involves additional costs.
For this reason, short hires are not something we actively offer, and where they can be accommodated, a surcharge may apply.
How can I pay the balance?
The balance can be paid on delivery by cash or card.
Do you provide supervision?
No. All equipment is provided on a self-supervised hire basis. Adult supervision is required at all times while the equipment is in use.
Are inflatables suitable for all ages?
Our inflatables are suitable for specific age ranges. Please ensure the equipment is used only by children within the recommended age group, which we will confirm at delivery.
How many children can use the bouncy castle at once?
Each unit has a maximum user limit, which will be explained at setup. This limit must be followed at all times for safety reasons.
Can adults use the bouncy castles?
No. Our bouncy castles are designed for children only, unless otherwise stated.
What happens if we need to cancel?
Cancellation terms are outlined during the booking process. Deposits are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances.
What if access to the garden is difficult?
Clear and safe access is required from the delivery vehicle to the setup area. Please inform us in advance of steps, narrow entrances, steep slopes, or long distances, as this may affect setup or incur additional charges.
Do you set up on sloped ground?
No. Equipment must be set up on level ground to ensure safe use.
Can the equipment be moved after setup?
No. Once set up, equipment must not be moved or repositioned by customers.
What happens if the equipment gets damaged?
Customers are responsible for the equipment for the duration of the hire. Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow safety instructions may result in repair or replacement charges.
Can food, drink, or shoes be used on the inflatables?
No. Shoes, food, drinks, chewing gum, face paint, confetti, and silly string are not permitted on the inflatables.Footwear will leave black marks on the inflatables that cannot be removed and will require completely new sections incurring significant cost.
Do you set up in bad weather or high winds?
