Terms & Conditions – Section 1 (General Hire Conditions)

By placing a booking with Ballinasloe Bouncy castles, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

All equipment remains the property of Ballinasloe Bouncy castles at all times. Equipment must not be moved, altered, dismantled, or adjusted by the customer or any third party once installed.

The customer is responsible for providing safe, suitable, and accessible ground for installation. Any delays or inability to install due to unsuitable ground conditions, restricted access, or undisclosed obstacles may result in the hire proceeding without refund.

Adult supervision is required at all times when any hired equipment is in use. The customer accepts full responsibility for the behaviour of all users and spectators during the hire period.

Ballinasloe Bouncy castles accepts no responsibility for injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, lack of supervision, or unsafe behaviour.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, Ballinasloe Bouncy castles reserves the right to cancel, remove, shut down, or restrict use of equipment where safety may be compromised. This decision will always be made with safety as the priority.

The customer agrees to follow all safety instructions provided verbally or in writing at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in equipment being withdrawn without refund.

Any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, vandalism, or failure to follow instructions will be chargeable to the customer.
