Marquee Safety Information
For the safety of our customers and staff, all marquees must be erected on level ground with sufficient space for safe installation. The chosen location should be free from overhead hazards such as trees, cables, or power lines, and underground services should be identified in advance.
Once installed, marquees must not be moved, altered, or adjusted by the customer. Pegs, weights, flooring, and structural components are installed to ensure stability and should not be interfered with under any circumstances.
In the event of severe or extreme weather conditions (including high winds), the customer agrees to follow any safety advice provided by Ballinasloe Bouncycastles, including temporary closure or evacuation of the marquee if required. Heaters (where supplied) must be used strictly in accordance with instructions and kept well clear of fabric walls and ceilings.
Open flames, barbecues, fire pits, or naked flames are not permitted inside or near the marquee unless expressly agreed in advance.
The customer is responsible for ensuring children are supervised at all times and that the marquee is used in a safe and sensible manner.
